Dear Vendor, I would like to begin by thanking everyone in the community for their support and warm wishes on our first show. We understood and appreciated the trust you placed in our organisation and we were so proud of what we accomplished together. Specifically we would like to thank Memories Forever for their Limousine on the hall floor, Electric Beach Tanning for a fantastic booth and Nina Wood Embroidery for our shirts with the Show's Name & Logo. Victorian Bridal, April Stead of Ray Of Light, Heather Nail Design and Aloette Cosmetics all gave their time and considerable talents to put together the models and help us put on a fantastic bridal fashion show. To Stephanie of Coast 101.1 who did such a great job. And finally to the nearly 1000 visitors and over 320 brides who came in we were able to donate money to The Janeway Foundation, St. John's Pride and the Red Cross in support of Haiti and we will at least double each donation this fall. We are so very grateful. If you were a vender at Show 1 then you should have already received your Bridal/Visitor information with over 320 brides. If you have not yet received yours, it will be with you shortly. For the Newfoundland Wedding Show 2, we are hoping to make a strong start out of the gate with an innovative marketing plan, which will be unveiled April 10th. In anticipation, we would also like to make a request to any vendors for comments either based on show 1 or specific ideas of how to improve the show. We feel one of the goals of the Newfoundland Wedding Show should be to promote the businesses we represent as well as we possibly can, so feedback and comments are always welcome. Show 2 will focus on the core achievements of the first show by focusing on the highest possible quality of visitor. We aim to achieve this goal by limiting both the number and type of booths at the show. At this time we plan to only accept a small number of double booths, with 3 bridal salons, roughly 50 Standard, 10 half booths, and no more then 8 of any given business type. We understand that this may mean that we cannot accept all requests in certain fields of business, and we are sorry. As always each vender will be featured on our website, NewfoundlandWeddingShow.com. As mentioned above you should be hearing back from us on the 10th of April with the marketing plan, but until then we would like to once again thank everyone for their support and we look forward to hearing from you.
